·   Planning MES router instructions, Catia V5 and IVT design studies, CrossPoint implementation, update team center and WT systems.  Create tracking metrics; publish ship side support manuals for base line and MOD plans. Worked with Composites via PDM Team Center and MES in conjunction to First Article builds and visual factory; utilizing Catia V5 to screen shots and operational sequence planning.

·   Mediated risk assessment, recovery planning, predictive analysis, what if & Lead Time/duration analysis to accurately understand program status.  Identified corrective action/mitigation to ensure budgeted costs & scheduled targets are achieved.  Worked with Multi layer Composites, Autoclaves, exotic metals, fabrication tooling, hydro-jets, CMM geometric tolerance (Model Based Definitions). 

 

·   Global Sourcing Initiative (GSI): Scheduling complete WBS (Indenture Path Generation Breakdown) for 747-400 & 747-8: EBOM to MBOM compare for gap analysis, TLG, Source Codes, Additions & Deletions for Kits, Advises management of the status of work in progress, material provision, and production impact events to ensure personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided via lean JIT methods.

·  Primarily responsible for reporting all-up sales orders delivery schedules, work center schedules and variance reports for planning and Shop Floor Control management. Provide scheduling for engineering changes with the intent of meeting customer and program requirements.  Generated MPS, Detail Schedules, exception reports and established work center capacity levels.  Automated production schedules using SQL, VBA & algorithms.
