·   Global Sourcing Initiative (GSI): Scheduling complete WBS (Indenture Path Generation Breakdown) for 747-400 & 747-8: EBOM to MBOM compare for gap analysis, TLG, Source Codes, Additions & Deletions for Kits, Advises management of the status of work in progress, material provision, and production impact events to ensure personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided via lean JIT methods.

·  Primarily responsible for reporting all-up sales orders delivery schedules, work center schedules and variance reports for planning and Shop Floor Control management. Provide scheduling for engineering changes with the intent of meeting customer and program requirements.  Generated MPS, Detail Schedules, exception reports and established work center capacity levels.  Automated production schedules using SQL, VBA & algorithms.

Executed intent of project engineer change types, performed producibility impact studies related to factory processes, materials, tooling, parts, assemblies & installations.  Processed scheduled events to material/vendor support requests, integrated off-board engineering with planning improvements for future shop work package incorporation.  Reviewed automated systems to support customers, avoiding long lead item fab part shortages and negative schedule impact.
